Deva Magician Master Class
The Oracle is a powerful mage who are poised to act in any dire situation. Oracles support parties with powerful buffs and spells.

Oracles greatly increases Priest healing and mana restoration capabilities.

Oracles have 3 Mp. Recovery passives; Mana Energy, Rapid Flow of Energy and Saint Charge which can make oracles mana hard to consume which is a good thing for healing and spamming skills. Oracles have an upgraded Mass healing and Touch of Godness. Minor Restoration from Cardinals seems like a joke comparing it to Oracles Touch of Goddess, also Oracles have an upgraded Restoration skill. Oracles can deal massive damage every few seconds with its new skills like Mighty Energy Beat (More potent version of Energy beat that deals 3x the damage of energy beat) and Radiant Flare (a DoT debuff which deals damage every 3 secs for 16 secs and make enemy more vulnerable to magic attack skills and reducing enemy magic attack by 10%). Oracles possesses a spammable AoE skill (Mass Repentance a 5 hit aoe skill that does damage per tick to an unlimited number of enemies) great for farming in Ursa Caverns and also best use for MC trials where mobs/adds hit hard but die fast. Oracles also have an upgraded Divine Shield skill which reduce dmg by 70% for 11 secs every 10 mins. Ideal as a support role in group healing with an array of various healing-type skills both toggle and mass heals. Oracles TP skill Heaven's Blessing makes the Oracle to relativity use no mana, and give one of the most rarely and desirably toggle to melee/ranged classes "Hymn of Focus" agi/dex toggle only available on Oracles. Angel Guard is an Oracle only skill which resurrects the player consuming all its mana with no EXP penalty (same as God Mother Fairy Bottle)

Last but not least! Oracle is the only class that actually lets one choose what role wants to concentrate the most. 1st path for healing, 2nd path for DDing and 3rd for support.

Highlights[]

Strengths[]

-Ideal as a support role in group healing with an array of various healing-type skills both toggle and mass heals.

-Free God Mother Fairy Bottle every hour.

-Agi/Dex toggle

-Very high Mp. Recovery

-Have mana restoration passive everytime you kill something within your level

-High level of Mass toggles (good for summoners who cant use permanent dual summon)

-An outstanding healer with spammable AoE heal (Mass Healing and Touch of Godness)

-Can massively damage many enemies all at once

-Higher lvl of Mass Toggles buffs

-Easy to find DPs

-Easy to build and select TP skill paths

Weaknesses[]

-Low HP and low P Def without proper gear/soul stones.

-Oracles generally have less magic attack than their parallel class: Cardinal.

-Less damaging skills than Cardinals

-Lower level buffs compared to Cardinals

Notable Skills[]

-Angel Guard

-Hymn of Focus

-Divine Shield

-Angel and Devil Dice

-Rapture(passive 200% mp.recov)

-God's Deliverance

Caveats[]

Divine Shield Skill won't work without a Magewall or Shields. When using Miracle skill, there is a chance of only consuming a large portion of the mana pool (and not all) by using a healing skill immediately after the cast of miracle skill.

Recommended Builds[]

Oracles are indeed the best class for healing and supporting any DPs. Most Oracles will eventually tank or end up taking damage and this is the cause for healing too soon or healing someone with an add/chain. So for that, this is the best build for PvE and DPs. Since Oracles do not have any need for MP. best would be:

  • Cast Speed and/or M Atk dura on gears
  • 50% Int and 50% Vit.
  • 3 angel/WDs belt pets, 2 wolves/unicorns (can also replace the unis/wolves belt pets for the new T6 Undine and Baphomet pets for more HP in tanking situations) and Abhuva/Obsidikar/Primal Scream/Dominatus the Mad boss Card.

Note: This build is best when using Hymn of Focus since its gains a boost in evasion.

For Party Butkadah Boss Hunt!!!

There are 2 ways of doing it.

1st way: (Healer and DD supporter)

This build is for maximum healing and damage dealing capabilities. Oracles must use Radiant Flare on boss while simultaneously healing the tanker or party member with DoT effects. (Radiant Flare is a DoT skill attack which reduces target M.def by 10%, in combination with Ashman boss card, that is 40% m.def reduction which agilites the boss killing speed)

  • M Atk/M Acc gear dura
  • 50% Int/50% M Atk/M Acc stones on gear sockets
  • 2 Int/M Atk belt pets, 4 siren belt pets
  • Ashmaw Boss Card

Note: This build is for Oracles who had spent 3 TPs on middle/second path in Oracle skill tree.

2nd way (healer only):

This build is for maximun healing and Mp.recov ability and never ever worry about mana or mp spent.

  • M Atk/M Acc gears dura or cast speed gears dura.
  • 50% Int/50% Wis stones on gear sockets
  • 2 Int/M Atk belt pets, 1 or 2 ifrits belt pets (the new T6 pet DrillBot can also work perfectly), and the sirens.
  • Likirus boss card/Ultimate Witch boss Card.

Note:This build is for Oracles who had spent TPs on left/first skill tree and can cast higher lvl of healing skill too almost match Cardinals healing with the advantage of having a greater mp.recov. Since Oracles do not posses a decent damage skill like artic blast on cardinal, there is almost no need for Oracles to DD.

Oracles aren't as great in PvP, but can stand a high chance in sieges using tank build (50%vit/50%wis) and concentrating on healing itself/core and others. The best PvP build would be using the PvE build to deal with P Atk players.

Belts[]

Best Jewelry sets recommended for Oracles are: Argoth set, Marbas set, Rynn set and Rakashi set.

-s0~5 Blue Pixie / Red Pixie / Octopus / Naga / Ice Maiden for Int/M Atk

-s0~5 Yeti / Stone Golem for P Def

-s0~5 Angel / White Dragon for P Def and M Atk

-s0~5 Ifrit for Int and MP Recovery

-s0~5 Drillbot for Vit/Wis P Def/M Def

-s0~5 Baphomet/Undine for HP increase and Int/M Atk

-Oracles can use Unicorns and/or Sirens on belt to increase the agi/evasion in combination with Hymn of Focus or Wis/M Acc from siren to hit high level foes or to increase M Def and Wis.

Pets[]

Blue Pixie- Helps in healing with MP recovery unity. Very helpful in parties.

Red Pixie- More damage and M Atk unity. Great for soloing.

Siren- Debuffs and M Atk and M Acc unity. Great for parties and PvP.

Unicorn- Balanced healing and damage with blind effect and has helpful buffs with +MP unity. Decent for soloing and helpful in parties.

Angel- Balanced healing and damage with debuffs and more P Def and more M Atk from its unity. Decent for soloing and helpful in parties.

Naga- More damage with supportive crowd control skills. Great for soloing and helpful in parties.

Ice Maiden- More damage with increased cast speed. Great for soloing.

Ifrit- Better damage and better healing with more M Atk and M Def unity. Great for soloing and very helpful in parties.

Stone Golem- Balanced damage and healing and greatly increases P Def. Good for soloing and helpful in parties.

White Dragon- Perfect pet with great damage and tanking ability. Great for soloing.

Equipment[]

Costumes[]

Magician's Master Armor

Helmets[]

Magician's Master Helm -

Weapons[]

2h staff[]

Leviathan's Grip - 2H staff

A two-handed staff maximizes Magical Attack, therefore playing to the Oracle's expected role in a party. It is the best choice for the typical healing/support DD duties and should be the first choice for somebody who is new to the class.

Two-handed staves are used by a good number of other classes and by some pets. This means good possibilities for sharing between alts and high availability of already-enchanted equip, but high costs.

Pros: Best for raw healing and DD power and added MP Recovery from bonus stats

Cons: No added defensive capabilities.

1h staff + magewall[]

Royal Kindness - 1H staff, Mask Of Mirror - Magewall

This combination theoretically reaches a M.Atk that is higher of that of a 2h staff at the cost of enchanting two pieces of equipment. However, the extreme rarity of R7 d3 magewalls forces somebody who goes this build to resort to lower-rarity or lower-tier items, for a drop in durability stats and m.atk.

Divine Shield also works with a magewall equipped, which gives an Oracle who has invested 2 or 3 points in the middle branch of the skill tree the possibility of getting a 79% (70% DS + 9% Shining Armor) damage reduction for 11 seconds every 10 minutes.

One-handed staves are seldom used by any other class and are not a good choice for pets, so they are usually pretty cheap but hard to resell and almost impossible to find as already-enchanted equipment; R7 magewalls share similar concerns (except that a few exotic 2h staff + magewall builds exist for m.atk pets) but are almost impossible to find, meaning that it is hard to make an estimate of their cost and of their reselling chances.

Pros: slightly better defense than 2h staves, more M.atck, more efficient dura, mage pets can also use it.

Cons: hard to find magewalls, higher enchanting cost

1h staff + shield[]

Royal Kindness - 1H staff,  Ancient Dragon Shield - shield

This combination is as costly as a 1h staff + magewall one and trades m.atk for the ability to block hits. R7 d3 shields can reach about 70% block rates and about 800 points of block defense even before belted gnolls or potions, for significant added protection even outside of Divine Shield.

Shields are used by a small amount of other master classes, most notably templars and many overlords. They are usually widely available on the market as clean equipment and less commonly so as already-enchanted items. They are moderately priced.

Pros: best defense

Cons: much lower M.Atk, higher enchanting cost
