Walkthrough
After accepting the quest, head to the far side of the Wheelhouse and take the warp gate to the Galley. Speak with Low Priest Jory who is standing just inside of the Galley.
Conclusion
"Ah, you must be our backup. Not a moment too soon! Some foul spawn of the sea got in here and it's starting to look hungry!"
