Consumables
Rappelz Wiki is dedicated to players of Rappelz Epic 6: Navislamia.
Potions and scrolls are the most common items in the game. Some can be purchased from a Merchant or dropped from a mob. Others are available as a reward for a quest. A few are available only as a drop.

Red Potions restore a fixed amount of HP upon use. Their cool-down time is 60 seconds. Levels 1 to 3 are available from Merchant NPCs.

[edit] Orange Potions
Orange Potions restore a fixed amount of HP upon use. Their cool-down time is 60 seconds and is shared with Red Potions. They used to be available from Merchant NPCs.
Orange Potions are remnants of a time when Red and Orange Potions behaved differently. Red Potions had a heal-over-time effect like that of the Cleric skill Restoration, while Orange Potions restored HP instantly.
Later on, Red Potions were modified to have an instant healing effect, too and with E5, merchant NPCs eventually stopped selling the now redundant Orange Potions. Items already in-game have not been removed.

[edit] Recovery scrolls

Restoration Scrolls restore a fixed amount of HP to the target upon use. Their cool-down time is 60 seconds. They are obtainable as quest rewards or as drops from monsters.
[edit] Mana Recovery Scrolls
Mana Recovery Scrolls restore a fixed amount of MP to the target upon use. Their cool-down time is 60 seconds. They are obtainable as quest rewards or as drops from monsters.
[edit] Healing Scrolls
Healing Scrolls restore a fixed amount of HP to the target upon use. Their cool-down time is 60 seconds. They used to be available from Merchant NPCs.
Healing Scrolls are remnants of a time when Restoration and Healing Scrolls (then called Spellbooks) actually corresponded to the similarly named Cleric skills. For example, a Restoration Spellbook Lv1 would recover 100 HP over 30 seconds (a heal-over-time effect like that of the skill Restoration), while a Healing Spellbook Lv1 would heal 80 HP instantly (like the skill Healing).
Later on, Restoration Scrolls were modified to have an instant healing effect just like that of Healing Scrolls and with E5, merchant NPCs eventually stopped selling the now redundant Healing Scrolls. Items already in-game have not been removed.
[edit] Miscellaneous scrolls
[edit] Creature Wind Scrolls
[edit] Counterpoison Scrolls
Counterpoison Scrolls remove Poisoned status from the target upon use. Their cool-down time is 30 seconds. Level 1 scrolls are available from Merchant NPCs, Lv2 and Lv3 are only obtainable as drops from monsters.
Currently the only skill that causes Poisoned status is Kahunas' Enchant Weapon: Earth.
| Name | Max. Poisoned level | Weight | Price |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | 2 | 500 | |
| 2 | 2 | 1500 | |
| 3 | 2 | 4000 |
[edit] Resurrection Scroll
Resurrection scrolls were one of the most common drops Before Epic VI Part 2, possibly second only to return scrolls. With Solus Aurum, they have ceased to be a drop-able item, but are still purchasable at NPC Stores. They allow resurrection of a party member, a personal pet, or a pet of a party member. Their cooldown is 60 seconds.
[edit] Return Scroll
Return scrolls were one of the most common drops before Epic VI Part 2, however, since then, their drop rate has been significantly decreased. These will return you to the town you have set as your home. There is a 10-second cast time and it can be cancelled if attacked.

[edit] Boost Chips
[edit] Force Chips
Force Chips are a type of Boost Chip which double the amount of physical damage the target takes for 10 seconds. Like many items, they come in different Ranks which allow players to use cheaper chips against lower level monsters.
They can be purchased for Rupees or exchanged for Lak from the Lak Trader. However, it is said to be much more cost effective to obtain Boost Chips by trading Lak.
Chips of a certain rank may work on opponents of a higher rank, but the rate of success is reduced.
[edit] Soul Chips

Trainee's Altered Pieces
On Trainee Island, there is an NPC named "Trainee Ivan" who will give you a quest when you are doing the second quest for the NPC "Zealot Immaculate". The main reward is a Trainee's Altered Pieces Gift Box, which contains Trainee altered pieces of Vitality, Dex, Agility, and Wisdom. You also get a choice between a Trainee Piece of Intelligence or Strength. (Strength for melee damage, Intelligence for magic damage)
Trainee's Altered Pieces only give 25 points for 1 hour, but for a new character, the difference is huge.
