Potions and scrolls are the most common items in the game. Some can be purchased from a Merchant or dropped from a mob. Others are available as a reward for a quest. A few are available only as a drop.
Recovery Potions Edit

Orange Potions Edit
Orange Potions restore a fixed amount of HP upon use. Their cool-down time is 60 seconds and is shared with Red Potions. They used to be available from Merchant NPCs.
|Name||Req. level||HP restored||Weight||Price|
|Orange Potion Lv1||1||80||1||200|
|Orange Potion Lv2||20||160||2||400|
|Orange Potion Lv3||40||270||4||800|
|Orange Potion Lv4||60||400||6||1400|
|Orange Potion Lv5||80||500||8||2200|
|Orange Potion Lv6||100||700||10||3200|
Orange Potions are remnants of a time when Red and Orange Potions behaved differently. Red Potions had a heal-over-time effect like that of the Cleric skill Restoration, while Orange Potions restored HP instantly.
Later on, Red Potions were modified to have an instant healing effect, too and with E5, merchant NPCs eventually stopped selling the now redundant Orange Potions. Items already in-game have not been removed. For example, some Trainee Island quests still award orange potions.

Recovery scrolls Edit
Restoration Scrolls Edit
Restoration Scrolls restore a fixed amount of HP to the target upon use. Their cool-down time is 60 seconds. They are obtainable as quest rewards or as drops from monsters.
Mana Recovery Scrolls Edit
Mana Recovery Scrolls restore a fixed amount of MP to the target upon use. Their cool-down time is 60 seconds. They are obtainable as quest rewards or as drops from monsters.
Healing Scrolls Edit
Healing Scrolls restore a fixed amount of HP to the target upon use. Their cool-down time is 60 seconds. They used to be available from Merchant NPCs.
Healing Scrolls are remnants of a time when Restoration and Healing Scrolls (then called Spellbooks) actually corresponded to the similarly named Cleric skills. For example, a Restoration Spellbook Lv1 would recover 100 HP over 30 seconds (a heal-over-time effect like that of the skill Restoration), while a Healing Spellbook Lv1 would heal 80 HP instantly (like the skill Healing).
Later on, Restoration Scrolls were modified to have an instant healing effect just like that of Healing Scrolls and with E5, merchant NPCs eventually stopped selling the now redundant Healing Scrolls. Items already in-game have not been removed.
Miscellaneous scrolls Edit
Creature Wind Scrolls Edit
|Name||Mov. Spd. lvl Increase||Time||Weight||Price|
|Creature Wind Scroll lvl 1||1||30 Minutes||2||10,000|
|Creature Wind Scroll lvl 2||2||30 Minutes||2||20,000|
|Creature Wind Scroll lvl 3||3||30 Minutes||2||30,000|
Creature Wind Srolls are used to Increase the Speed of a one Summonned Pet.
Counterpoison Scrolls Edit
Counterpoison Scrolls remove Poisoned status from the target upon use. Their cool-down time is 30 seconds. Level 1 scrolls are available from Merchant NPCs, Lv2 and Lv3 are only obtainable as drops from monsters.
Currently the only player skills that causes Poisoned status is Kahunas' Enchant Weapon: Earth, the Shadow Hunter's Poison Shot, and the Archer's Poison Arrow. With the Epic VI: Ressurection update, many monsters can now apply debuffs, with poison being one of them.
|Name||Max. Poisoned level||Weight||Price|
|Counterpoison Scroll Lv1||1||2||500|
|Counterpoison Scroll Lv2||2||2||1500|
|Counterpoison Scroll Lv3||3||2||4000|
Resurrection Scroll Edit
Resurrection scrolls were one of the most common drops Before Epic VI Part 2, possibly second only to return scrolls. They were demoted to only being NPC bought, but have returned to being a drop-able item in the latest epic (Epic 7 Part 2). They allow resurrection of a party member, a personal pet, or a pet of a party member. Their cooldown is 60 seconds.
Return Scroll Edit
Return scrolls were one of the most common drops before Epic VI Part 2, however, since then, their drop rate has been significantly decreased. These will return you to the town you have set as your home. There is a 10-second cast time and it can be cancelled if attacked.
Grocery items Edit
Groceries are a type of consumable item that restores HP or MP over a period of time. Once activated, stats are restored 6 times over 30 seconds meaning stats increase every 5 seconds. They can be purchased from Grocery Merchants who are available in most towns or they can be received as quest rewards.
All groceries must be consumed while sitting. If the character stands after activating, the grocery is terminated.
These foods can only be obtained from quests.
These drinks can only be obtained from quests.
In earlier Epics (pre Epic ~7.2), the next grocery was available every 20 levels. Back then, the type of grocery was an indication of which stat it restored. Food restored HP and Drinks restored MP. In later Epics, more groceries were added to include more level increments, but the pattern of the type of grocery was not continued. Therefore players should double check which stat a grocery restores before purchasing.
Prior to Epic 8.1, groceries could be consumed while standing. Characters did not have to be sitting for them to be activated and used.
Luna Chips Edit
Luna Chips are a type of consumable which double the amount of physical and magical damage the target takes for 10 seconds. Luna Chips are consumed when the skill Luna Chip is used. The higher the level of the skill used, the higher is the cost in Luna Chips.
Having a Skill:Luna Chip card equipped will extend the duration of the effect of the Luna Chip skill.
As previously said, Luna Chips can be purchased at Lak Traders, individually or in bundles (note that there are no rebates if purchased in bundles):
MirrorEditThese powerful relics cast a 1-minute Luna Chip spell on any enemy that attacks you! Mirror Amps last for 1 hour.
NOTE: Mirror Amps do not trigger when you are not the main target of an area-of-effect spell. Persists through death. Timer will count down while logged off.
ImpactEditThese powerful relics cast a 1-minute Luna Chip spell on any enemy that you attack! Impact Amps last for 1 hour.
NOTE: Impact Amps persist through death. Timer will count down while logged off.
Purified Pieces Edit
Purified Pieces increase one of the targeted character's stats by 15% for 2 hours. Their cool-down time is 0. The effect is not canceled by death. Using this item while an Altered Piece effect is active will override that effect.
Purified Pieces yield higher effect than Altered Pieces once the stat it boosts is above 333.
Before the release of Epic 7: Awakening, purified pieces were available from the Cash Shop. They have now been replaced by Altered Pieces. There only way to obtain them is through purchasing them from other players.
|Purified Pieces of Strength||Str||1||998|
|Purified Pieces of Vitality||Vit||1||998|
|Purified Pieces of Dexterity||Dex||1||998|
|Purified Pieces of Agility||Agi||1||998|
|Purified Pieces of Intelligence||Int||1||998|
|Purified Pieces of Wisdom||Wis||1||998|
Altered Pieces Edit
Altered Pieces increase one of the targeted character's stats by 50 points for 2 hours. Their cool-down time is 3 seconds. The effect is not canceled by death. Using this item while a Purified Piece effect is active will override that effect.
Altered Pieces yield higher effect than Purified Pieces while the stat it boosts is below 334.
Altered Pieces are Cash Shop items.
|Altered Pieces of Strength||Str||1||998|
|Altered Pieces of Vitality||Vit||1||998|
|Altered Pieces of Dexterity||Dex||1||998|
|Altered Pieces of Agility||Agi||1||998|

Trainee's Altered Pieces
On Trainee Island, there is an NPC named "Trainee Ivan" who will give you a quest when you are doing the second quest for the NPC "Zealot Immaculate". The main reward is a Trainee's Altered Pieces Gift Box, which contains Trainee altered pieces of Vitality, Dex, Agility, and Wisdom. You also get a choice between a Trainee Piece of Intelligence or Strength. (Strength for melee damage, Intelligence for magic damage)
Trainee's Altered Pieces only give 25 points for 1 hour, but for a new character, the difference is huge.
