Walkthrough
After accepting the quest, return to a town and teleport to Katan. Speak with a teleporter there and select the Mourning Graveyard location. From there, head northwest into the Pyre Site. Charmer Jeina is located at the south central end of the Pyre Site.
Conclusion
"Ryuen sent you? I'm surprised how sensible he is. It is perfect timing. I was going to ask a cat for help. You know what I mean. Didn't think so."
